Nigerian content creator Carter Efe has promised to defeat entertainer Speed Darlington when the pair meet in the ring on October 1, saying comments involving Afrobeats star Burna Boy have added fuel to his determination.

During the confrontation, Speed Darlington was heard telling Carter Efe that he would beat him. Carter fired back by questioning why his opponent was standing close to a bouncer and challenged him to face him without security.
“Why you dey run follow bouncer? Make bouncer leave the two of us. I wan show you say I be 24-year-old boy,” Carter said.
The social media personality later spoke about the upcoming fight during an interview with Hip TV, where he dismissed suggestions that Speed Darlington could expose him during their confrontation.
“Speed Darlington can never expose me. I’m the one with people’s secrets,” Carter said.
Carter also revealed that his disagreement with Speed Darlington over comments about Burna Boy has become one of the reasons he is particularly motivated for the fight.
“The major reason I want to beat Speed Darlington is because he called Burna Boy gay. How can he be saying it to a big artiste like that? If I don’t stop him, he’ll say it to Davido too,” he said.
