It looks like Kodak Black is back in good graces with the law. According to an exclusive report by TMZ, Kodak has completed 90 days in a drug treatment program. As previously reported, he was ordered to participate in the program after failing a drug test. The failed test meant he violated his prison release terms, but instead of jail time Kodak received three months of rehab.

Apparently, Kodak had a court hearing recently to reinstate his supervised release. Per his lawyer, Bradford Cohen, the judge is content with his progress following the treatment.

As previously reported, Kodak was arrested in May 2019 and charged on two counts of making false statements to a firearm dealer. Police arrested Kodak after he arrived at a concert venue. Later, the court sentenced him to 46 months, but Kodak didn’t serve the entire time. In January 2021, former President Donald Trump included Kodak on his final list of pardons. Afterwards, the Florida rapper thanked Trump for his freedom.

“I want to thank the President Donald Trump for his commitment to justice reform and shortening my sentence,” Kodak said. “I also want to thank everyone for their support and love. It means more than you will ever know. I want to continue giving back, learning, and growing.”

TMZ says the artist is now focused on his career, which includes releasing new tunes and going on tour. TMZ reports that Kodak is already being offered overseas tour opportunities, but is keeping the door swinging. Following his program completion, he hit the stage for the first time at Rolling Loud California.

Afterwards, Kodak returned home to Florida. His lawyer says he is trying to “stay away from people, places and things” that could bring him harm or the temptation to use drugs.
