Ayo Labinjoh, the mother of singer Davido’s alleged teenage daughter, Aanu Adeleke, has publicly responded to the ongoing DNA test controversy, challenging the musician’s claims.

Labinjoh’s statement, shared on her daughter’s Instagram page, comes after Davido asserted that five DNA tests conducted on Aanu proved she is not his biological child. He also claimed he has never met Labinjoh and referred to her with derogatory language.

According to Labinjoh, she first met Davido at HQClub, and he allegedly abandoned her after assuming she was a prostitute. She also disputed the authenticity of the DNA tests, saying that the procedures were mishandled:

“Dr Deji Adeleke took us to a LAB, not a hospital, where Anu’s blood was drawn in 2014, then discarded behind our backs and a fake result was printed,” she said.

Labinjoh further alleged that a lab technician masked as “Dr Alex” was involved in falsifying the results, adding that the repeated claims of multiple tests have disrupted her daughter’s mental health.

She also addressed the singer’s alleged threatening messages to Aanu, stating:

“David chatted with my daughter tonight threatening to lock me up, cursing Anu and repeatedly bullying her. My daughter is fighting for her identity. Bullying my daughter is WRONG.”

Labinjoh said she plans to request the US State Department to oversee an independent DNA test to resolve the matter conclusively. She condemned Davido’s alleged comments labeling her a prostitute and reiterated her daughter’s right to her identity.

The dispute has sparked widespread debate online, with fans and critics weighing in on the singer’s paternity claims and the alleged mistreatment of Aanu.
