VeryDarkMan Accuses GehGeh of Failing to Appreciate His Support During Sister’s Controversy

Social media activist VeryDarkMan has accused financial commentator GehGeh of failing to appreciate his support during the controversy involving GehGeh’s sister, Precious.

VeryDarkMan made the allegation in a social media post while responding to claims that he was trying to bring the commentator down. He insisted that he had helped GehGeh maintain his platform when public backlash against him intensified.

The activist said he and music promoter Tunde Ednut stood by GehGeh during the controversy. According to him, he also advised the commentator on how to manage the situation and change the public narrative in his favour.

“Without me una for pull Gehgeh down. I saved his platform, I saved him. Social media turned against him, only one person stood by him or let’s say two because Tunde Ednut helped him,” VeryDarkMan wrote.

He further alleged that GehGeh never acknowledged the assistance after the situation improved. “After he did everything, I told him and the narrative changed to his favour, he never came back to say thank you,” he added.

VeryDarkMan also accused the commentator of encouraging claims that he wanted to destroy him, insisting that GehGeh owed him for the support he received. “You wey them don finish already. That clown owes me his platform,” he wrote.

The exchange comes after GehGeh’s sister, Precious, appealed directly to VeryDarkMan over an alleged N5 million promise. In her message, she claimed that GehGeh had not given her the money despite making a verbal commitment.

“Uncle VeryDarkMan my helper, GehGeh did not give me the 5 million naira you told him to give me. All he did was audio, please Verydarkman help me remind him to fulfill the promise, I still need help,” she wrote.

Precious appealed to the activist to intervene and remind her brother to fulfil the alleged promise. The claims about the money and VeryDarkMan’s role in the earlier controversy have not been independently verified.
