A Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Delta State Governor, Ossai Ovie Success, has threatened to take legal action against the organizers of Big Brother Naija Season 10, alleging that the show was manipulated to prevent contestant Dede from winning.
Following the announcement of Imisi as the winner during Sunday’s live finale, Ossai took to his official X (formerly Twitter) handle to accuse the producers of rigging the voting process. He argued that Dede, who emerged as first runner-up, was “robbed” of victory.
He alleged that the organizers deliberately avoided allowing another contestant from Delta State to win, following Kellyrae’s victory in the previous season.
“Dede was robbed by BBNaija organizers because Delta boy Kellyrae won last year’s season, so they didn’t want another Delta to win this year’s edition. She truly deserved the Big Brother Naija crown, not the second position,” Ossai wrote.
He further stated that he plans to sue the show’s producers, insisting that the results did not reflect the public vote.
“I’ll be suing Big Brother Naija on behalf of Dede because the voting was rigged. I’m highly disappointed in this season,” he added.
Ossai praised Dede’s conduct throughout the show, saying she represented Delta and Nigeria with dignity.
Imisi was crowned BBNaija Season 10 winner on Sunday, October 5, 2025, taking home the ₦150 million grand prize after ten weeks of intense competition.
