Nigerian goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has been shortlisted for the prestigious 2025 International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS) Women’s Best Goalkeeper Award, following an outstanding season with her club and country.

The 24-year-old shot-stopper was pivotal in Paris FC’s Coupe de France Féminine triumph in June, cementing her reputation as one of Europe’s elite goalkeepers.

Nnadozie also played a starring role for Nigeria’s Super Eagles Women, helping the team secure a record-extending 10th Women’s Africa Cup of Nations title in Morocco. Her performances earned her the Goalkeeper of the Tournament award, highlighting her crucial contributions to the team’s continental dominance.
