Bashir El-Rufai, son of Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai, is of the opinion that what late Nigerian leader, Obafemi Awolowo did for the Yoruba race regarding free and compulsory education in the SouthWest region, has to be the most profound reason the Yorubas are leaders wherever they go.
