Sensational Nollywood big face Oluchukwu Stephana Nwabuzor popularly known as Oluchi Nwabuzor has been referred to as a shining light in the industry.
The actress who fans are appreciating her carriage and delivery in movies has now featured in top movies in the last 12 months and is still pushing on despite the effects of the Covid-19 lockdown on the movie industry.
In an online interview, Oluchi Nwabuzor said that she is glad the country is opening up and people can now go out there and film.
“I am glad people are recognizing what I am doing; it means a lot to me. It is sweet to hear someone refer to me as a shining light; truth be told, that is what I want to be and I love the feeling that comes with knowing that I am getting there”

“That feeling is something we all missed due to Covid-19 lockdown and I am glad we’re back to enjoying it again” she said.
On the devastating effect of the pandemic globally, Oluchi Nwabuzor said that it is sad that so many people have died and a lot of people have also lost their sources of livelihood.
She said that opening up should be strategic and not with desperation, calling on government agencies to do everything possible to support those who need it.
“You cannot put value to the losses we have seen during this pandemic. Life is priceless and it is sad to note that we lost a lot of it this period. So much is being said, but all I can say is that people should do everything possible to remain safe”
“Bouncing back will be tough but I know that time heals every wound and gradually, we’ll get back to being the people we used to be or even better”
“It is about building a post-pandemic career for me, and I am throwing in everything I have to make it count. I’d give the same advice to anyone who needs it, we all need to wrap up 2020 on a very good note” she said.
