Photo of the day: Mad man steals traffic job from police

I was a fine view on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at the famous Fire Service Junction Wetheral road Owerri when this man surfaced and took over the Job of the police men in controlling the traffic.

While he was left alone to enjoy his new job, he did last a minute when a lorry diver disobeyed him. He got angry, shouted on the driver, asked the police men to continue and then walked away.
One word for him. Mad!
