Legendary Nigerian singer, 2Face Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has denied reports that he was arrested in London following an altercation with his wife, Natasha Osawaru.
Speculation of his alleged arrest went viral on Friday after he failed to perform at his scheduled London tour on Thursday, fueling rumours that the absence was linked to a domestic dispute.
Addressing fans in a video shared on his Instagram page, 2Face dismissed the claims as false, stressing that the situation was due to a health emergency.
“We had a medical emergency,” the singer explained. “It was tough on the show organizers and everybody that came out. We will rebook, and it will happen. And please, if you don’t know the facts, don’t spread false stories.”
The development comes just months after 2Face made headlines for marrying Edo lawmaker Natasha Osawaru in July 2025, following his split from actress Annie Macaulay.
The singer reassured his fans that the show would be rescheduled and expressed gratitude for their patience and support.
