The death toll from the recent Angwan Rukuba attack in Plateau State has climbed to 27, with several others sustaining injuries, according to a report by AIT.

The violent incident, which occurred in the troubled area of Jos, has further escalated tensions among residents. Many victims are currently receiving treatment in nearby medical facilities.

In response, security operatives have been deployed to the community to restore order and prevent further violence.
