Nigerian singer Iyanya Onoyom Mbuk, popularly known as Iyanya, has revealed how his career in the spotlight has affected his romantic life, leaving him cautious about relationships.

Speaking on a recent episode of the Afropolitan podcast, the Kukere hitmaker explained that past experiences with manipulative partners have left him with commitment issues, contributing to his current single status at 39.

“I’m not thinking of a serious relationship or marriage because I’m not mentally ready yet. If you are patient and stick around until I get to a convenient space, then we can do it,” Iyanya said.
