The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially released the call-up numbers for the 2025 Batch C Prospective Corps Members (PCMs), with assignments determined by registration order.

According to the NYSC Management, only about 40 percent of registered PCMs will be accommodated in the upcoming orientation programme due to the limited capacity of camps across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The organization reassured prospective corps members that those unable to secure placement in Batch C will be automatically deferred to the next batch, scheduled to commence shortly after the current orientation exercise concludes.

The announcement also highlighted that the call-up numbers were carefully issued based on registration order to ensure fairness and transparency throughout the selection process.

Stakeholders and prospective corps members have been advised to regularly check the official NYSC portal for updates and detailed information regarding their orientation assignments.

This development comes amid growing public interest in the NYSC programme, as thousands of graduates nationwide prepare to embark on their compulsory one-year national service, an experience seen as both a civic duty and an opportunity for personal and professional growth.
