Guinness World Records (GWR) has firmly distanced itself from a controversial proposal by Nigerian adult entertainment star Mandy Kiss, who announced plans to attempt a sexual “world record” with 100 men in one event.

The performer revealed via Instagram that the stunt was scheduled for 30 October in Ikorodu, Lagos. A promotional flyer quickly went viral, sparking heated debate on social media, with many Nigerians criticising the morality and legitimacy of the plan.

Responding under the flyer shared by @Naija_PR on X, Guinness World Records confirmed it would not be associated with the attempt.

“This is not a record we monitor,” the organisation stated.

The dismissal puts to rest speculation that GWR might formally sanction the act. The controversy has nonetheless triggered a wave of online reactions, underscoring wider debates in Nigeria about the influence of internet fame, the boundaries of entertainment, and the extent some are willing to go for publicity.
