Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has congratulated Nigerian celebrity chef Hilda Baci on her latest global feat, after Guinness World Records confirmed her achievement of preparing the largest serving of Nigerian-style jollof rice.

Hilda, who has become a household name in Nigerian culinary history, cooked a dish weighing 8,780 kilograms during the ‘Gino World Jollof Festival’ at Eko Hotels and Suites, Lagos, on Friday, September 12, 2025. The record was officially certified by Guinness World Records on Monday.
