Enugu Rangers have pulled off a late equalizer in a dramatic game to hold Enyimba in Aba.

The People’s Elephant had hoped to bag the whole three points after going ahead with a 12 minute goal by Mbaoma Chijioke, but failed to score more goals afterwards.

Resilient Enugu Rangers found a way at the 87th minute when Kazwem Ogunleye slotted one in for the visitors.

Enyimba who remain 4th in the Nigeria Professional Football League table will wait till December 28 for their next victory if they can beat Bayelsa United at home.

Coming off two consecutive home wins, Enyimba drew with Enugu Rangers in a game that will see the visitors keep hope alive in 14th position and 19 points.
