Awuzie Franklin has asked if it`s a crime to help in this country as he narrates an incident.
He made this post on his Facebook page few hours ago as he stated that a good samaritan has been arrested by Nigeria police for trying to do good.
According to him, the individual who picked a phone did so with the mindset to help the individual who may have lost the phone.
The individual whose identity wasn`t disclosed got a call from the phone and picking the call told the person who called where to come pick the phone.
Coming to pick up the phone were Nigerian Police,he was nabbed stating that the phone and number was used to assassinate someone.
Declaring his ignorance to the crime and stated that he only picked the phone to help the individual who must have lost it.
Mr. Awuzie writing stated,

“It’s an error to see phone on your way And pick up.A Good Samaritan picked up a phone that was used by unknown men who assassinated a young Lady , Police called the number, the Good Samaritan picked it, gave them direction on how to pick the phone. To cut the story short , the Good Samaritan is now in police custody “
