Rev. Father Mbaka who was earlier declared missing in his Enugu State residence has now resurfaced according to reports.

Father Mbaka whose news of being declared missing prompted a protest in Enugu State with Ohaneze Ndigbo also issuing a warning to FG.

Earlier, the Department of State Services on Wednesday said that the Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, is not in its custody and they didn’t pick him as being speculated in some quarters.

The spokesman for DSS, Peter Afunnaya, stated this on Wednesday, following report that the controversial Clergymen is missing.

According to Afunnaya, “He (Mbaka) is not with the DSS, please,” he wrote in response to an inquiry by our correspondent.

Although details are yet to emerge as to what happened to the controversial cleric, he and the Presidency recently had a face off over the security challenges in the country, leading to a heated debate with the presidency resorting to threat, that they are going to report Mbaka to Pope.

But the Presidency opened a can of worms thereafter, saying Mbaka has suddenly become a critic because Buhari refused to offer contracts to his allies.

Reacting to the accusation, Mbaka admitted that he led three security experts to the President to proffer solutions to the insecurity ravaging the country even as he said that those people were not known to him.
