Rt Hon Dike, who hails from Orlu zone said that in that same spirit of zoning, it is now the turn of Owerri. It is the turn of Anumudu and time for Orlu zone to “Pay Back” to Owerri the good gesture of 1999. “One good turn deserves another” he said.
