The reigning Miss Abia State Polytechnic, Aba, Lizzy Ojukwu on Wednesday paid a courtesy visit to the CEO of Arianna Joy Global Services Limited, Chief Ceejay Henry Ezebuiro.
Speaking on the occasion, Miss Ojukwu emphasized on the need for young people to imbibe the right etiquette.

According to her, cultivating the right attitude would help them in their various fields of endeavour. She also called for value re-orientation, adding that young people especially girls should toe the path of chastity, honesty, dedication, hard-work and integrity.

Miss Ojukwu said her pet-project is centred on empowerment of females, adding that she is out to help young girls discover their potentials and build their capacities through equipping them in knowledge and skills that would help them to live fulfilled lives and be part of nation-building.
She disclosed that she would hold a seminar at Abia State Polytechnic, Aba pavilion tagged: The Raising of female champions in July, this year.

According to her, she would soon launch a magazine that contains life-changing articles and educate people on core values, healthy living, emulative lifestyle, entrepreneurship cum self-development and better performance in education.

The queen solicited the assistance of the company boss in the realization of her pet-project.
Responding, Chief Ezebuiro said he would buy into the dream because it concerns building the capacities of young people especially girls which would in turn make them influential personalities.

He regretted that some females rate themselves as second class because they lack self-confidence and have not discovered who they really are and what they are capable of achieving.
Chief Ezebuiro described as unfortunate the situation whereby some men have turned their wives to baby-making machines, burden bearers and house-helps by leaving all the household chores for them.

He noted that lack of education, enlightenment, self worth and empowerment have left the women in that pitiable situation, pointing out that any programme aimed at reversing this ugly trend would attract his full support.

Chief Ezebuiro, who is the facilitator Of Friends of Rochas Organization (FORO) said as a humanitarian, he had been involved in programmes and projects geared towards uplifting humanity and would therefore  not refrain from supporting the Abia queen’s programme.
