Nancy Isime Warns Brands, Agencies Against Unauthorised Deals in Her Name

Nollywood actress and media personality Nancy Isime has warned individuals and organisations against representing her, negotiating deals or conducting business in her name without her express approval.

Isime issued the warning in a notice shared on Instagram on Monday, October 5, 2026, after she said she became aware of people allegedly claiming to act on her behalf without authorisation.

The actress said the notice was intended to clarify who is permitted to represent her and prevent misunderstandings over professional and commercial engagements connected to her name.

She specifically advised brands, agencies, corporate organisations, media companies, event organisers, producers, business partners and other stakeholders to be cautious of anyone claiming to represent her without clear approval.

Isime urged anyone seeking to work with her to verify the authority of people claiming to act on her behalf before entering agreements or making payments linked to her professional or commercial activities.

She further directed stakeholders handling formal legal or commercial matters involving her to seek confirmation through her official website or her legal representatives, PUNUKA Attorneys & Solicitors.

The actress also warned that she reserves the right to take legal action against individuals or organisations involved in unauthorised representation, dealings or transactions carried out in her name.

The warning comes as public figures increasingly rely on agents, managers and other representatives to handle commercial engagements, making verification important for brands and organisations seeking to avoid unauthorised agreements or payments.
