Ibrahim Mohammed, the House of Representatives member representing Birnin Kebbi, Kalgo, and Bunza Federal Constituency, has officially resigned from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), citing persistent leadership crises and unresolved internal conflicts within the party.

In a statement, Mohammed highlighted that ongoing litigations and unresolved leadership disputes have weakened the PDP’s capacity to function effectively as a political platform.

“The prolonged leadership challenges have made it increasingly difficult for committed members to contribute to the party’s growth and uphold democratic responsibilities,” he said.
