Manchester United have confirmed their travelling squad for Saturday’s pre-season clash against Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), with captain Bruno Fernandes, Diogo Dalot, and Noussair Mazraoui returning to the team after international duty.
The friendly will kick off at 4:00 pm BST at the Nya Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg, Sweden, marking the opening fixture of the club’s Tour 2026, presented by Snapdragon.
United head into the encounter in good form after recording pre-season victories over Rosenborg and Atletico Madrid, with head coach Michael Carrick continuing preparations for the new campaign.
The squad has been strengthened by the return of Fernandes, Dalot, Mazraoui, and Matheus Cunha, who recently completed their FIFA World Cup commitments. However, Cunha will miss the PSG fixture after remaining at Carrington to recover from a minor illness.
Goalkeeper Senne Lammens will also stay behind for the same reason, with both players expected to rejoin the squad ahead of next week’s training camp in the Republic of Ireland.
New signing Youri Tielemans has been included in the 22-man travelling party and could make his first appearance for Manchester United against the reigning European champions.
Following the PSG encounter, United will continue their pre-season schedule with a match against Leeds United at Dublin’s Croke Park before wrapping up preparations against AC Milan in Wroclaw, Poland, on August 15.
