Nigeria’s Deejays Association has shut down claims that it banned the music of Burna Boy following reports of a physical altercation involving the Grammy-winning artiste and DJ Tunez.

The Deejays Association of Nigeria described the reports as false and misleading, warning media platforms against spreading unverified information that could misinform the public and damage reputations.

In a statement issued by its National President, Prince Akim Edeh, the association firmly distanced itself from the claims, stressing that it never placed any restriction on Burna Boy’s music.
