PWAN Group has acknowledged ongoing frustrations from clients experiencing delays in land allocations and has moved to calm tensions, with Founding Chairman and Co-Founder Dr. Austin Onwumere pledging that every client will receive what they paid for.

In a video address shared with the public, Dr. Onwumere emphasized that PWAN is not involved in fraudulent activity, and reassured clients that their investments are safe. He admitted that some processes have taken longer than expected, but stated clearly that no allocation has been cancelled or abandoned.

“We are not scammers,” he said. “PWAN is committed to every single client, and we are working to address these delays one by one.”

Clients have increasingly voiced their concerns across social media and other platforms, with some saying they’ve waited far longer than initially promised for their land to be allocated. Dr. Onwumere acknowledged this frustration and said the company has taken these complaints seriously.

He further explained that land acquisition and allocation in Nigeria can sometimes be delayed by factors beyond the company’s control, but reassured the public that PWAN remains fully active and committed to resolving all outstanding matters.

Founded 13 years ago, PWAN Group has built a wide client base by offering flexible property ownership plans. Dr. Onwumere noted that the same integrity that helped build that base remains central to the company’s identity today.

Clients have been encouraged to continue engaging with the company’s official customer service channels for updates and support, as internal efforts continue to resolve all delayed cases.
