Prosecutor Inspector Olalekan Adegbite informed the court that the defendants committed the alleged crime on May 10 at 8:00 a.m. in Ilupeju, Ibadan. Adegbite claimed that Dauda and Tajudeen unlawfully caused the death of Tosin Adenuga by flogging him with a ‘koboko’ all over his body. The charges violate sections 516 and 319 of the Criminal Laws of Oyo State, 2000.
