Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye popularly known as Rude Boy has dropped an advice for Nigerians ahead of the 2023 general elections. 

The singer in his Instastory post, said whatever Nigerians are going through at the moment should be a reminder to get their Permanent Voters Card (PVC).
