Borno State born politician Mustapha Umar Shehuri has revealed that he is the best to occupy the position of the APC North-East Zonal Youth Leader ahead of the National Congress of the All Progressives Congress.

Mustapha Umar Shehuri said that aside from being young, his more than a decade of experience in leadership and mobilization is something the APC will be needing in 2023 and going forward.

He said that he will use his experience as a youth leader in various capacities to bring youths of the Zone together for the APC and also ensure there is a sustainable plan for their inclusiveness in governance.

“I will also ensure if elected, to stand for youth education matters and the creation of more jobs for youths”, he said.

Having been active in politics since 2011 with the CPC, the Gboko Polytechnic Benue State graduate, further stated that his election will further solidify the fact that the APC has plans for young people in the country.

“I was a member of Maja 2015 North- East Youth Mobilization. In 2019, I was a member of Buhari Support Groups and later national youth member of BSG, BSC, GOGAN”

“I was an executive member of Borno Youth Association Abuja, BOYAA”, he said, adding that he has great belief in the potential of Nigeria youths.

Mustapha Umar Shehuri also revealed that he has various youth groups backing his ambitions to be APC North-East Zonal Youth Leader and there will be nothing better than a youth leading other youths.
