Sani said this on Tuesday while raising the alarm of an attack on Monday night in the state.

DAILY POST recalls that the Kaduna State Government had days ago banned the weekly markets in Birnin Gwari, Kajuru, Chikun, Igabi and Giwa local governments to review the security situation in the state.

But many residents who spoke to DAILY POST kicked against the ban describing it as a plan by the government to starve residents as they relied on weekly markets to survive.
