A group of shared prosperity enthusiasts is set to empower more than 3,000 persons in Imo State with the first batch billed for Ngor Okpala on September 12, 2020.
According to the chief convener of the group, Evangelist Mike Okoku, HOPISM is an ideology driven by Imo sons and daughters who are poised to reach out to the masses on the shared prosperity mission of Gov. Hope Uzodinma.
He said that members of the group are self-sponsored volunteers with the goal of achieving a great deal of infrastructural and human capital development in Imo State.
“It seeks to provide opportunity for the harnessing of talents and passion of young people especially providing access to government opportunities, alleviating poverty and ultimately creating wealth”
“HOPISM is where ‘governance’ meets the people’. It is a platform that avails volunteers and sponsors the chance to reach out directly to the volunteers to help ensure all empowerment programmes and government benefits get to those it is meant for and speedily too under very close watch.”, Evang. Ikoku said, while addressing newsmen during a press conference on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Havana Hall, All Seasons Hotel, Owerri, Imo State.
How To Be Part Of It
Evang. Ikoku said that individuals willing to be part of the HOPISM Movement can register via the group’s official website, www.hopism.org, adding that the person must also be a firm believer of the Shared Prosperity Government of Gov. Hope Uzodinma.
