The Action Alliance AA, Gubernatorial candidate in Imo State, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu has revealed that he would have become a comedian if not that everyone must follow their callings.

Uche Nwosu who said this in a Face to Face meeting with Imo Entertainers at the new Entertainment Complex in Owerri said, he would have made it big in the entertainment industry as a comedian and that love for entertainment has kept him close to entertainers in the state.

Speaking further, Nwosu urged Imo entertainers to vote only candidates who have track record of working and not those with ambiguous campaign slogans they will never achieve.

He pledged to continue with his massive youth empowerment schemes adding that he will further lift the face of entertainment in Imo State if elected as governor.

Also speaking, the convener of the meeting and leader of Imo Based Artistes League, Hon. Chukwunonye Irouno who is also the Special Assistant on Entertainment to Imo State Governor, said that the time of Ugwumba Uche Nwosu as the Chief of Staff Government House Owerri, facilitated the development of entertainment in the state, adding that a support for Ugwumba will ensure more growth in the sector as no other candidate cares about entertainers like the Action Alliance candidate.

Hon Irouno cited the establishment of Imo Entertainment Commission, the donation of the Imo Entertainment Complex, land for Imo film village and many more as landmark achievements and reasons Ugwumba Uche Nwosu will help grow entertainment in the state.

To replace the damaged Coaster Bus belonging to the Imo State Chapter of Actor Guild of Nigeria, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu promised two Ciena buses which will then be given to blocs in the Imo Based Artistes League.
