Some aggrieved chieftains of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State have begun moves to commit the party’s national chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomole, and chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Mahmood Yakubu, to prison over alleged disobedience to a valid court order.

A notice of consequence of disobedience in Form 48 had already been issued on the duo by the Federal High Court, Abuja.

Dated November 1,2018 and filed by the counsel to Chief Cyril Ogodo-led executive committee, Chief Mike Ozekhome (SAN), the form reads in part: “Take notice that unless you obey the direction contained in this order, you will be guilty of contempt of court and liable to be committed to prison.”
