Temi Nkem Wins Big Brother Naija Season 11 After 70 Days

Temi Nkem has emerged as the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 11, tagged “Show Ya Sef”, after 70 days of competition.
The 21-year-old was announced as the winner during the reality show’s grand finale on Sunday, finishing ahead of Aikou and Sheba, who placed second and third respectively.
Temi was one of 24 housemates who entered the Big Brother Naija house when the season premiered on July 26. The season offered a ₦160 million grand prize package reportedly made up of cash, a car or SUV and other sponsor-provided prizes.
Born and raised in London, England, Temi has Nigerian roots and is associated with Delta State. Before entering the reality show, she was a student and lifestyle content creator whose online content included shopping and luxury-related videos.
During her time in the house, Temi became known for her outspoken personality, confidence and distinctive British accent. She survived several nominations and took part in tasks and competitions that helped her remain in the competition until the finale.
One of her memorable moments came during a fake eviction towards the end of the season. Rather than appearing distressed, Temi smiled, waved and said “Chakam”, a moment that quickly became a talking point among viewers. Her supporters also adopted the name “Teminators”.
Temi secured her place in the finale after Barry used his Ultimate Veto Power to activate “Immunity for All”, cancelling the eviction and public vote for that week. The final live show then featured a series of evictions before Temi, Aikou and Sheba emerged as the last three contestants.
Barry, Oyin, Ricky, Flora, Tram and Bluethopia were among those evicted during the finale, leaving the final three to compete for the season’s top prize. After the voting process, Temi was declared the winner.
Her victory sparked celebrations among supporters at the live show, fan park and online, with the “Teminators” marking her win after weeks of campaigning and voting.
