Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has described the ₦400 million mansion he gifted to TikTok stars Habeeb Hamzat (Peller) and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou (Jarvis), as only a modest gesture, hinting that even bigger surprises could follow.
Ochacho made the remarks during a TikTok livestream on Monday, shortly after the couple’s wedding ceremony in Lagos. He said the luxury property, located in Abuja, was given in recognition of Peller’s character, generosity and positive impact.
According to the businessman, the decision to present the mansion was inspired by his belief that kindness and generosity always attract greater blessings. He expressed confidence that the Abuja property would eventually become the smallest gift he would ever give the popular content creator.
“This house is just a small gift,” Ochacho said, while suggesting that he intends to support Peller with even more valuable gestures in the future.
The mansion was officially unveiled during the couple’s wedding celebration, where Ochacho announced that the property is worth ₦400 million.
