Owerri, Imo State – The Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) has praised Governor Hope Uzodimma for his remarkable infrastructure development across Imo State, describing his leadership as “second to none.”

The commendation came during a courtesy visit to the Government House in Owerri, where the Imo State NULGE Chapter presented the governor with the Pacesetter Award. The delegation was led by Comrade Zico Okwudi, NULGE national treasurer, representing President-General Comrade Aliyu Haruna Kankara.

Okwudi said the union was impressed by the governor’s impact after touring various sectors of the state. “Your Excellency, we went around the State. We saw the things you have done in infrastructure. We are not just impressed, but you are deservedly the best governor in the South East and South South,” he stated.
