The NPA disclosed this in its daily Shipping Position report released to journalists on Tuesday in Lagos.
According to the authority, the vessels are scheduled to berth at Apapa Port, Tin Can Island Port and Lekki Deep Sea Port.
The report stated that 17 of the incoming vessels are expected to berth with containers carrying different categories of goods.
It added that 24 other ships will arrive with bulk cargoes including urea, crude oil, petrol, fresh fish, bitumen, crude palm oil and bulk gypsum.
The NPA further noted that eight ships and tankers have already arrived at the three ports and are currently waiting to berth with cargoes such as petrol, general cargo, bulk urea, bulk fertiliser and containers.
Meanwhile, the authority said 22 ships are presently discharging various cargoes at the ports. These include bulk wheat, general cargo, bulk urea, bulk salt, bulk sugar, fresh fish, bulk gypsum and containerised goods.
