The 68th Annual Grammy Awards took place on Sunday in Los Angeles, celebrating music’s biggest talents across genres. Spanish-language superstar Bad Bunny made history by winning Album of the Year for Debi Tirar Mas Fotos, the first time a Spanish-language album has claimed the top honor. He also took home Best Musica Urbana Album and Best Global Music Performance.

Rap icon Kendrick Lamar dominated the night, winning five Grammys, including Record of the Year for luther, a collaboration with SZA. The evening also spotlighted rising talent Olivia Dean, who won Best New Artist, cementing her place on the global music stage.

Other major winners included Billie Eilish, recognized for Song of the Year with Wildflower, written alongside Finneas O’Connell, and Lady Gaga, who took Best Pop Vocal Album for Mayhem. In pop performance categories, Lola Young won Best Pop Solo Performance for Messy, while Cynthia Erivo & Ariana Grande earned Best Pop Duo/Group Performance with Defying Gravity.

In rap, Clipse (Pusha T & Malice), featuring Kendrick Lamar & Pharrell Williams, won Best Rap Performance for Chains & Whips. Doechii’s Anxiety won Best Music Video, and the Grammy for Best Song Written for Visual Media went to Golden from KPop Demon Hunters.

Global music also took center stage: Brazilian icons Caetano Veloso and Maria Bethania won Best Global Music Album for Caetano e Bethania Ao Vivo.

The Grammys 2026 highlighted the diversity of the music industry, with landmark achievements across Latin, global, rap, pop, and visual media music.
