The countdown has begun in the Big Brother Naija Season 10 – tagged “10/10” – as the reality TV juggernaut revealed its top 10 finalists ahead of next Sunday’s grand finale.
The housemates still in the running for the crown are Kola, Imisi, Isabella, Sultana, Jason Jae, Mensan, Koyin, Kaybobo, Dede, and Faith.
The announcement came during Sunday’s live eviction show, hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, which saw three contestants — Mide, Zita, and Rooboy — exit the house, trimming the pool of 13 down to 10.
Among the remaining contenders, Sultana holds the Head of House title, Mensan is regarded as the season’s most influential player, while Kaybobo earned automatic qualification after the dramatic red phone twist that also cost the housemates ₦10 million from the prize pot.
The evicted housemates reflected on their journeys. Mide, the first to leave, thanked fans and revealed her plans to pursue acting: “Watch out for Mide the actress, she is coming.”
Zita, who hinted at rekindling her romance with fellow housemate Danboskid, expressed gratitude for the platform, while Rooboy shared ambitions to venture into hyping, acting, and football development.
Inside the house, tensions and friendships remain a hot topic. Faith admitted he was sometimes the cause of conflicts: “I am the problem sometimes, and sometimes it is the housemates.” Meanwhile, Isabella and Koyin addressed their flirtatious moments, both insisting it was “just fun.”
With the original 29 contestants now down to 10, fans across Nigeria and beyond are bracing for an electrifying finale as the BBNaija 10/10 crown and grand prize await the last housemate standing.
