Wrestling icon Brock Lesnar has been hit with a quiet but explosive ban from all WWE-related activities as fallout intensifies over his alleged role in the growing sexual assault and trafficking scandal rocking former WWE boss Vince McMahon.

The revelation came from former UFC champion Daniel Cormier during a July 22 appearance on The MightyCast podcast hosted by Demetrious Johnson. Cormier, while withholding explicit details, confirmed Lesnar’s current status on a WWE “banned list,” saying, “He is in so much trouble. You know what Brock did. I ain’t telling you on air.”

Sources within the wrestling industry suggest the ban is linked to the federal lawsuit filed in 2024 by ex-WWE employee Janel Grant. The case, which accuses McMahon of sex trafficking and coercion, names Lesnar as one of the individuals Grant was allegedly “trafficked to” during her tenure at the company between 2020 and 2021.

According to court documents filed in New York, Grant claims she was manipulated into a sexual relationship with McMahon under the guise of career advancement. Later, she alleges, she was passed along to a “WWE Superstar,” strongly hinted to be Lesnar. The explosive allegations triggered internal investigations and intense scrutiny from federal law enforcement agencies.

WWE has remained tight-lipped on the matter, issuing no official statement regarding Lesnar’s current status. However, Lesnar’s absence from key events, including WrestleMania 41 planning meetings and international promotions, has fueled speculation of an internal blacklisting that could end his professional wrestling career permanently.

Industry analysts say the fallout from the scandal could mark one of the most damaging chapters in WWE history, as sponsors, streaming platforms, and fans demand transparency. McMahon’s legal team continues to deny the allegations, while Lesnar has yet to issue a public statement.

With Lesnar’s legendary career hanging in the balance, wrestling insiders say the next few weeks could be pivotal—not just for him, but for the entire WWE brand.
