Popular TikTok star and content creator Peller has opened up about his decision to marry his fiancée, Jarvis, saying he is determined to break the family pattern of his parents never getting married.
Speaking on a recent episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, the social media personality said his upbringing shaped his desire to build a different future through marriage.
According to Peller, his parents had children without officially tying the knot, a situation he says he is determined not to repeat.
“My parents did not get married and gave birth to us. I want to break that cycle and get married. Of course, I must do marriage,” he said.
Peller also revealed that his parents initially thought he was joking when he told them about his intention to marry Jarvis. He recalled insisting that his feelings were genuine and that he was serious about spending his life with her.
“I told my parents I want to get married, and when I told them, it was like a joke. They didn’t take me seriously. I told them, ‘I want to marry her. I love her,'” he added.
Jarvis, who appeared alongside him on the podcast, shared details of how their relationship started. She said they first met in person in November 2024 and revealed that she organised their first date.
Peller also addressed public perceptions of his personality, explaining that the energetic and playful character seen in his online videos is largely part of his content. Away from social media, he described himself as more reserved, business-minded and constantly planning new ways to grow his income.
He further dismissed suggestions that getting married at a young age could affect his career, expressing confidence that marriage would not change his creativity or performance as a content creator.
“If I marry at 30 years old, the way I perform now, I will still perform then,” he said.
