Reality TV star and Big Brother Naija winner Phyna has responded to content creator Davrel after he accused her of repeatedly asking to be introduced to his billionaire father and allegedly trying to pursue a romantic relationship with him.
The public exchange began after Phyna accused Davrel of failing to pay a cameraman she recommended for a production project.
Speaking in a video shared on social media, Phyna claimed Davrel approached her while planning to shoot a promotional thriller for music star Davido and requested the services of a professional cameraman. She said she connected him with her personal cameraman, who, according to her, is yet to receive payment.
“I know Davrel. The other time, he said he wanted to shoot a thriller for Davido and needed a cameraman. I sent him my personal cameraman. Till today, he has refused to pay that boy his money. Then you come online and start talking anyhow,” she alleged.
Davrel denied the accusation in a separate video and accused Phyna of being disrespectful. He went on to allege that the reality TV star repeatedly asked him to introduce her to his billionaire father.
“Phyna has been begging me to introduce her to my dad. She dey ask me to connect them,” he claimed.
The content creator also alleged that Phyna became upset after he rejected her alleged romantic advances, saying, “Phyna has been trying to sleep with me but I am not interested. You’re too old. I have my wife. I don’t want, please.”
Phyna dismissed the allegations as false and responded by mocking Davrel’s appearance instead of addressing the claims directly. She accused him of chasing online attention and advised him to focus on his personal grooming.
“Davrel avoid me and if you want clout I’ll give you clout. Please go and bathe well and try and visit a dentist if there’s something they can do about your dripping mouth with spit. Please go to Turkey to fix your hairline too,” she replied.
As of the time of filing this report, neither Phyna nor Davrel has publicly presented evidence to substantiate the allegations made against each other. The exchange has continued to generate reactions across social media, with fans divided over the claims and counterclaims.
