Nigerian music star Davido has revealed that his Lagos concert slated for December might be under threat following his controversial remarks about the country’s economy on an American podcast.

During his appearance on the podcast Big Homies House, Davido warned Americans against relocating to Nigeria, describing the nation’s economy as being in “shambles.” His comments triggered backlash from prominent figures like Joe Igbokwe and Reno Omokri, among others, who criticized his statements.
