Former Kaduna North Senator, Suleiman Hunkuyi has said parties may unite against the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the governorship election.

The standard bearer of the New Nigerian Peoples Party, NNPP, addressed reporters on Friday in Kaduna.

Hunkuyi reminded the electorates that the choice they make on Saturday, March 11 would determine their future.

The politician said their decision on election day “can be a miscarriage or safe delivery point”., depending on how they handle it.

On possible collaboration by parties in the race, the gubernatorial hopeful said anything can happen within one day.

“The unity of opposition parties is possible within 24 hours in order to chase out APC government from Kaduna State Government House,” he said.

Hunkuyi hinted that he refused to retire from politics since 2019 due to the “abnormalities and pains” the people suffer.

The NNPP, a former chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, appealed to the people to shun money politics and vote buyers.
