The President of Globe Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Hon. Nwabueze Buchi George has hailed the impact of the Honourable Minister of State for Health, Hon. Ekumankama Joseph Nkama on the actualization of the Economic Cooperation and Business Development Forum (ECBD Forum).

ECBD Forum which is an economic and  business forum designed to attract Foreign Direct Investment as well as give made in Nigeria goods more global acceptance, will be held in three European countries before the end of 2022.

Buchi George said that Hon. Ekumankama has played a great role in turning the dream into a project, especially on the health side of the project.

He said that Hon. Ekumankama  took the idea personally using his office and strategic ingenuity to birth the  Economic Cooperation On Health Investment and Medical Business Development Forum.

“He understands the importance of good health and quality investment in the sector”

“He took the project personally and has given it his all from day one. This is something you rarely see i people at that level but he has proven that it is not just about his position, but about the betterment of the country”

Hon. Buchi George whose Globe Chambers of Commerce and Industry is organizing the event said that the ECBD Forum is a multisectoral business and investment forum while there will be a great emphasis on health because of the urgent attention the sector needs in the country.

The approved dates and countries for the event include London, United Kingdom between November 1 -15, 2022; Bucharest, Romania December 10 – 11, 2022; and Prague, Czech Republic, December 16 – 17, 20222 .

“The event is designed to turn us into  a producing nation that will support and power the recovery of our economy. It will also encourage brands to scale up via quantity and quality for export”, Buchi George said.

He further revealed that the Honourable Minister of State for Health, Hon. Ekumankama Joseph Nkama will be leading the Nigerian delegation in London, Romania and Japan for the ECBD Forum.
