Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez has refused to rule out the possibility of his side making a late run for the title after they thrashed Real Madrid 4-0 on Sunday.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang bagged a brace with Ronald Araujo and Ferran Torres also scoring as the Blaugurana recorded their first win against Carlos Ancelotti’s side for the first time since 2019.

Barcelona also cut the gap on Real Madrid to 12 points with a game in hand and 10 matches still to play.

“Maybe we’re a bit late, but this is a very big win for us.
