Hon. Uche Ogbuagu will be seeing himself on a very hot seat if the news going round the city of Owerri is anything near truth.
Unconfirmed sources have it that the Ka O Puo crooner has bitten off more than he can chew as Imo State Governor Owelle Rochas Okorocha is demanding 10 Billion Naira compensation from the Akabo born comedian for defamation of character.

Hon. Ogbuagu who was formerly Gov. Okorocha’s aide was bought over by the Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] ahead of the gubernatorial and presidential election played a huge role in Imo State edition of PDP’s hate campaign where he released two comedy albums dedicated to the sacking of Gov. Okorocha, hence the titles Ka O Puo and Ka O Puo Climax.
Having be compensated with the role of South-East Coordinator of Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria [TAN] with PDP believing he would be a game changer for them in Imo State, Hon. Ogbuagu went on to release those CDs believing they would reproduce his 2011 magic.
With PDP failing to win at the federal and state levels, sources have it that Gov. Okorocha has made a move to nail Uche Ogbuagu on the cross with a 10 Billion Naira suit filed in an Owerri Court and should this be true, many believe that Hon. Ogbuagu will be losing everything he has to pay the money.
Meanwhile, another source has it that about 150 lawyers in Imo State have volunteered to defend Hon. Ogbuagu in the court as we watch another drama after the election unfold.
