Anayo Victor Eluagu popularly known as Neutral A.v.e was born 29th August 1986, in Ideato South L.G.A of Imo State Nigeria. Neutral A.v.e De Jejeli Master is a Performing Artiste, Song Writer, Composer and a Singer. He is under the management of Urban Entertainment Cz Music Label. Neutral A.v.e got into music from childhood as a church choir member, but he started his professional recordings in 2010.
Neutral A.v.e does different kinds of music, but presently he is strictly into Afropop and Highlife Music. Neutral A.v.e De Jejeli Master has performed in big events alongside with Nigerian super stars e.g Davido, Terry G, Presh, J Martin, Basket Mouth, Manfesto, Pat Attah, chuddy k etc. In 2013, Neutral A.v.e had an European Tour with Team Urban Entertainment, which they performed in places like Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga (Spain) Rotterdam, Amsterdam (Holland) Vienna (Austria) Bratislava (Slovakia) Prague, Brno (Czech Republic) Torino, Milan (Italy) Paris, Bordeaux (France) etc. Neutral A.v.e has done series of Hit Tracks, including JEJELI which made his fans to call him De JEJELI MASTER.
