Efe Umukoro popularly known as Dr Lopez is a Graduate of Fine and Applied Arts from Delta State University.
Dr Lopez is a Nigerian from the Niger Delta Region (an Urhobo to be precise) in his mid twenties who does R&B, Funk, Hip Hop and Afro beat. He is not only a performing artiste but a song writer and a graphic artist. He is also a professional photographer.
In July 2012 he dropped a single titled Mr Deejay released under Duchesspr Records (UK).
This song “I NO GO GREE” with a pidgin English title he puts simply as “Unacceptable” had been underground for a while but with the recent rate of insecurity,unemployment which resulted in the death of about 12 Nigerian youths at a job recruitment exercise, Boko Haram killings almost daily, poverty rate soaring higher than ever before and many more societal ills ranging from kidnappings, baby factory etc. He decided to come out officially with this song.

Dr Lopez is out with a social commentary in just 3mins that touches the very concern and fear of the average Nigerian on the road to 2015 & beyond. Quite an emotional song.
