In a recent post on his facebook timeline, highlife artiste, Ugo Stevenson has given God an ultimatum that if a certain contract does not work out he will resort to visiting a juju priest.
Ugo Stevenson who has been on the planning of ‘All Igbo Music Awards’ which he tagged Ekwe Awards, has adorned his Facebook timeline with post that depict his frustration for the present state of the nation which could also be linked to the deaf ears Imo State governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha and his South East counterparts have turned to his project.
Ekwe Awards, which was billed for December, 2012, has not still held and the question ‘when will Ekwe Awards hold?’ has been put up in many print media, even though no answer has been given till date.
Although it is not certain if the reason for the post which reads ‘I’ll stop attending true christain fellowship if dis contract is nt executed dis mnth.let me try juju? “kom”’, was made because of Ekwe Awards, the former Nigeria Highlife artiste of the year would be heading to a juju priest by the end of the week if eventually God does not answer the prayer that made him post such on facebook.
