Globe Chambers of Commerce and Industry is still working on their moves to improve the global acceptance of Made In Nigeria goods.

In a latest move with the Economic Cooperation and Business Development Forum (ECBD Forum), the organization alongside their partners will be holding an exhibition for Nigerian made goods in Europe.

ECBD Forum which is an annual economic event focusing on bilateral trade partnership, foreign direct investment, and product and service expo, is a platform for partnership building and global networking for both government and private sectors.

The forum is also designed to improve the ease of doing business, through the review of government policies and in turn encourage multilateral business development.

The project which is being put together by Globe Chamber of Commerce and Industry will change the landscape of marketing Made in Nigeria goods globally.

“Our goal still remains to make people around the world understand that we can also be giant of Africa and a big global player when it comes to manufacturing and trade”

“We also want to create a market that will skyrocket demand for Nigerian goods and this will simply be the magic that will earn us more foreign currencies and then move us from a consuming economy to one that is known for production”, Hon. Nwabueze Buchi George, the President of Globe Chamber of Commerce and Industry said.

Buchi George also stated that the confirmed European countries for the ECBD Forum are the UK, Romania and Czech Republic.

The event will be held in London, United Kingdom between November 1 -15, 2022; December 10 – 11, 2022 in Bucharest, Romania, and December 16 – 17, 20222 in Prague, Czech Republic.

He also revealed that the events which are in partnership with the Federal Government of Nigeria, other partnering agencies, embassies and governments, will have the Nigerian delegation led by the Honourable Minister of  Health, Dr. Olorunnimbe Mamora.

Segments at the event include The conference and Forum,  Business and Investors Roundtable Meeting; The Exhibition and Expo, EEE/GPS; Government to Government (G2G) Meeting; and  Business to Business (B2B) Meeting.

 Others are Intercultural Development and Social Business Exchange; Business Excellence Award; as well as Agriculture and Agro allied products, Raw Material and Minerals, Refined and Finished Products and General Services Sectors
